The Sixth Annual Lakeside Daisy Day will be held on Saturday, May 9, 2009. In celebration of the blooming of the rare Lakeside Daisy which grows only one place in the United States, in the limestone on the Marblehead Peninsula, the Village of Marblehead is excited to present a day full of fun, history and horticultural events.
Lakeside Daisy Day is a cooperative event between the Lighthouse Historical Society, The Marblehead Bank, LaFarge North America, The Ottawa County Visitors Bureau, The Marblehead Peninsula Chamber of Commerce, and Marblehead Village Council and staff.
